ERP - Frequently Asked Questions
Since Dayforce officially went live on December 13th, 2025 we have received several common questions related to the system. Below are the most frequently asked questions and their answers:
Answer: Yes. Leave balances have not yet been migrated into Dayforce. Payroll is currently being
processed this week, and upon the conclusion of payroll, updated and accurate leave balances will be
entered into the system. This process ensures that all employee data reflects the most current and
accurate information.
In the meantime, please continue with your current leave approval practices. Employees who take leave
on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday this week will still have the ability to go back into
Dayforce and submit their leave requests retroactively once balances are migrated over.
Answer: The employee-to-manager mapping process is currently underway. There were some corrections that needed to be made, as well as delays caused by late submittals of organizational workbooks. We are actively working to address this issue, and it will be resolved shortly. In the meantime, a default schedule has been set up for all employees for the next month. The schedule currently entered in Dayforce is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This ensures that employees can continue to clock in and out while manager mapping and schedule assignments are being finalized.
